Quality management is the vital part of our business, ranging from strategic objectives up to and including our delivery completion. Highly developed quality management system has been implemented throughout the Group, ensuring we deliver the highest quality of service and product to our clients. We believe this makes it possible to add value for the customers in every footstep. We regularly monitor progress in this area based on Key Performance Indicators. Internal Audits are regularly conducted for the purpose of verifying implemented actions and to improve its effectiveness.

Tiger offshore is committed to the prevention of pollution and minimization of impact of its operation on the environment. Quality assurance is the cornerstone of our Company with supporting operational system developed and set around, in accordance with ISO 9001 industry standards. Health and safety of our employee and the wider population is at our high priority and, we do all we can to eliminate or minimize the risks of injury or illness as a result of our operational practices. In order to assist in this goal, a pro-active HSE Management system has been developed and implemented across the group . We ensures continual review of the system to meet all applicable legislation and striving for continual improvement.

We Tiger Offshore, being a socially responsible organization, has taken the efforts to develop and show up a No-Blame culture in the daily language and practices of its employees over time.
